GoodLife FITNESS PT Black Belt Approved Certification. SES Level 2, a follow up to SES Level 1, is all about training the main primal movement patterns using compound barbell lifts. Personal trainers will delve deeper into progression and regression of the conventional barbell deadlift, sumo barbell deadlift, barbell bent over row, barbell bench press, barbell back squat, and barbell front squat. Proper utilization and periodization of these exercises will align with functional strength, allowing our clients to have the strength and longevity to do the daily activities that matter most to them.
GoodLife FITNESS PT Black Belt Approved Certification. SES Level 3 is all about safely periodizing and peaking a client in strength, the third hypertrophic potentiator, mechanical tension. Personal trainers will delve deeper into the three meso-phases of powerlifting and the main barbell lifts associated with maximal strength output. This certification focuses on periodization and program design, combining the learning outcomes from SES Level 1 and SES Level 2.
