CLIENT-CENTRIC BARBELL STRENGTH TRAINING

Become an SES Level 3 certified personal trainer. Level up your skill set by learning the three meso- phases of power lifting. Delve into accumulation, intensification, and peak phases for maximal strength output for barbell conventional deadlift, sumo barbell deadlift, barbell high bar back squat, barbell low bar back squat, and barbell bench press.

  • Assess and discern anthropometrics, of clients, to determine client barbell lifts, for mechanical advantage and output
  • Identify client-centric, best fit, main barbell lifts
  • Utilize supplementary lifts, for mains, to develop joint and musculartolerance (muscular tolerance).
  • Calculate minimum and maximum effective set volume
  • Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to progress clients through each of the three meso-phases
  • Create and write client-centric BLOCK periodization programs, for accumulation, intensification, and peak phases, utilizing the main barbell lifts
